Announcement: Launch of New "KOHAKU" Series and Pre-Order Start

Thank you for your continued patronage of our knives. We are pleased to announce the launch of our new series, "KOHAKU."

KOHAKU utilizes a new material with properties between traditional "Hagane (carbon steel)" and "stainless steel." It achieves performance levels very close to "Honyaki (fully forged carbon steel)" in terms of "sharpness," "user experience," and "ease of sharpening," while significantly improving upon the rust susceptibility that has been a challenge with traditional carbon steel.
Our development team focused on "how rust-resistant we could make it" while maintaining the performance of Honyaki carbon steel. The result is a truly next-generation knife worthy of being called "Neo-Hagane."
KOHAKU, with its unparalleled and unique performance, represents one of the milestones Nenohi has been striving to achieve. We are delighted to present this new era of knives to you.
