For customers in Japan: All prices displayed include 10% Japanese consumption tax.
For international customers: Prices are automatically displayed tax-free (excluding Japanese consumption tax) when accessing from outside Japan.

Delivery Time
In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation.
For out-of-stock items, production may take additional time. We will provide a detailed delivery schedule via email upon order confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
When Cancellation is Allowed:
Cancellations are accepted at any time before shipment.
*For made-to-order products, cancellation fees may apply after production has begun.
When Cancellation is NOT Allowed:
The following products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed, as production or customization begins immediately:
・Custom-made products
・Products with name engraving or customization
・Other customized items
Please carefully review your order details before confirming your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:
・If you receive the wrong product or a defective product
・Within 14 days after receiving the product, if the product has remained unused
However, we cannot accept returns or provide exchanges for special order products or products with a personalized name added.
Returns and exchanges are NOT allowed under the following conditions:
・If over 14 days have passed since you received the product
・If the product has been used (unless the product is defective)
・If the customer has damaged or defaced the product
Shipping fees for product returns
The customer pays shipping fees for returns based on any grounds not attributable to the seller.

Refund Process
After confirming the returned product, we will refund the amount to the credit card you used.
Depending on your credit card's billing cycle, the purchase amount may be withdrawn from your account before the refund is processed. In such cases, the refund will be credited in your next or subsequent billing statement.
