1. A repair request using the inquiry form below (please attach a photo for more detailed information) .
2. Our customer service will inform you of the repair details and a rough estimate.
3. If you wish to have your knife repaired, please send the knife to our head office(shipping fee is to be covered by the customer).
4. After confirming the actual condition of the knife, our customer service will inform you of the final repair cost.
5. Payment of the repair cost (Credit card or Paypal).
6. Start repair.
7. After the repair is completed, the knife is sent back to us.
